You Know You're a Senior When...

• It is hard to show up to class.

• You don’t do work

• You casually arrive to first period 10 minutes late

• You don’t want to do anymore work, you just want to go on your phone all period

• You get privileges the underclassmen don’t get.

• Senioritis hits when it’s time to do work.

• When you don't have to do course selection for next year

• You wake up at 4am and remember you have homework due

• Senioritis comes in full swing and you start to question why you show up to school when all you do is sit around waiting for the last day. You procrastinate and do your finals a week before they are due.

• Teachers worry less about what you’re doing versus others; You can go on adventures during the school day; you look around and the people you’re looking at are all just as old as you or younger than you

• Every sentence starts with last; last first day, last homecoming, last game, etc.

• Your mom lets you skip a class.

• Antonio can take over the loudspeaker and prank our English class

• You start missing assignments bc you’re already accepted into college

• You think to yourself, “I’m already enrolled in college, who cares what grades I get now!”

• We start discussing prom and graduation at Wednesday morning meetings.

• you procrastinate and get food outside school

• When u get food from outside and procrastinate

• You start seeing how fast time flies when literally yesterday you Remember being in a certain class in 9th grade nervous.

• You think about all your lasts, and it’s bittersweet

• All you have in your bag is your iPad and a pen

• You stop caring😭

• You get to leave school early!

• When you get accepted to college for the first time

• You can leave during your lunch/free period

• College application season starts.

• Coming to school is a struggle

• You can’t even charge your iPad anymore

• you type in “c” and it fills out “commonapp.org.”

• You don’t stress out about missing assignments anymore or you can go home and not open your iPad all day

• You can’t complete one assignment without taking breaks in between

• You finish applying for college and finish up all your senior events :(

• The amount of missing assignments goes up

• You are always in the hallways.

• You have a plan of where you are going in life

• When you make slime on your free period

• You don’t have much work to do

• It’s warm and you are feeling good

• You have nothing left for this school

• You’re having fun

• You finally get your yearbook

• You get sent all the reminders for the end of year events.

• The lunch lady knows your order

• First period starts to feel optional

• You have senior cut day

• You start applying to college

• You don’t wanna be in school

• You start visiting classes, start bothering teachers & you start air playing movies to the tv.

• You have to start applying to colleges
