For six years, Clipper has held a special spot in my heart. From writing articles on the foundations of Halloween to the Theatre Spotlights, some of my most reflective introspections and outwardly expressions have manifested due to the fostering of this organization. Having the platform to share one’s views, no matter the scale, is a kindness that many of us take for granted. Working with this newspaper has allowed me to appreciate this reality in a way I otherwise would never have. It has been my absolute pleasure to watch Clipper evolve through the years and adapt through the complexities of modernity. It has stepped forth into a new era of time and has solidified its presence through an undeniable foothold on a digital plane. I have no doubt that Clipper will remain an essential component of the Carey community and will perhaps even develop a more prominent role in the high school. So long, farewell.
